3-Day Sapa Trekking Tour: Sa Seng to Ban Ho via Red Dao Villages and River Valleys

The trek begins from Sapa town after a kit check and briefing with your guide. The first section climbs through the Sa Seng trail — quieter than the Muong Hoa valley — with views back across the Sapa basin as the town shrinks behind you. By mid-morning you are descending through Ha Thau village, where Red Dao women tend gardens that step down the hillside in narrow terraces. The afternoon push carries you along rice terrace ridgelines toward Giang Ta Chai, arriving at the homestay in the late afternoon. The Red Dao family here has been hosting trekkers for years.
